ts a 6 because its Sense and Sensibility. Oh such a wasted opportunity. Daisy Edgar Jones (i mean come on..Normal People was a wow) and George Mackay. Both amazing actors, two of the best of their generation. Both known for delivering great chemistry and they did. However the casting for all other main parts was hideously bad. Marianne was not the Kate Winslet version or a believable passionate and free spirited girl. The actress was styled so that she looked like she needed her hair washed throughout. Willoughby was a total washout. Nothing memorable at all about this Willoughby. Maybe it hit the editing floor? Colonel Brandon was reduced to a blank expressioned and again forgettable part. It did not take the audience along for the ride while fallikg for Willoughby or the slow burn of realising Brandon's strength and good soul
